Turkey's Halk Bank says does not expect capital ratios deterioration if sovereign rating changes

ISTANBUL, Jan 27 (Reuters) - Turkish lender Halk Bank

does not foresee a deterioration in its capital

adequacy ratios if there are changes in Turkey's sovereign
