Mexico's Carstens prefers prudence on hikes amid uncertainty

MEXICO CITY, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Mexico's central bank chief

Agustin Carstens said on Friday that he and his fellow

policymakers prefer to be prudent with interest rate moves given
