Turk Katilim

Bankasi A.S. (Kuveyt Turk) and Turkiye Finans Katilim Bankasi

A.S's (Turkiye

Finans) Long-Term Issuer Default Ratings at 'BBB' with Negative

Outlooks. Both

banks' Viability Ratings (VRs) have also been affirmed at 'bb-'.
