Peru government to propose higher corporate taxes

LIMA, Aug 31 (Reuters) - Peru's government will present a

bill to raise taxes on corporate profits in order to lower sales

taxes and boost the economy, Finance Minister Alfredo Thorne

said on Wednesday.
