UPDATE 1-S&P keeps AA+ rating, stable outlook on United States

NEW YORK, June 30 (Reuters) - Standard & Poor's said on

Thursday it maintained its AA+ credit rating and stable outlook

on the United States, saying positive and negative risks on its
