LONDON, January 06 (Fitch) Fitch Ratings has assigned AXA

Insurance Pte Ltd (AXA

Insurance) a 'AA-' Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) rating. The

Outlook is

Stable. At the same time, Fitch has withdrawn AXA Insurance

Singapore Pte Ltd's

(AXA Insurance Singapore) IFS rating as the entity no longer

exists.

AXA announced on 21 October 2016 that it will merge AXA

Insurance Singapore into
