UPDATE 1-Greek capital controls can be lifted when confidence restored in banking system -finance minister

ATHENS, July 4 (Reuters) - Greek Finance Minister Euclid

Tsakalotos said on Monday the timing for fully easing capital

controls on the country was contingent on when public confidence

was restored in its banking system.
