Support for Spain's mainstream parties rises in election - preliminary data

MADRID, June 26 (Reuters) - Support for Spain's two

traditionally dominant conservative and socialist parties rose

in Sunday's general election, preliminary data with more than 50

percent of the votes counted showed, contradicting several exit

polls.
