Long-Term Rating

on Deutsche Bank AG Taipei Branch's (DB Taipei) outstanding

TWD1bn October 2019

senior unsecured notes at 'AA(twn)'. This follows the

affirmation of Deutsche

Bank AG's (DB) Long-Term Issuer Default Rating on 14 June 2016

at 'A-' with a

Stable Outlook.
